MySky Networks provides organisations with IT infrastructure, software, and operations as a Managed Service. Our solutions are implemented and supported by highly skilled engineers which serve as an extension to the organisations IT team. We offer customised solutions across all verticals, including retail, hospitality, education, corporate and homes.
The Managed Services model is a cost-effective and superior option for organisations as it gives them the freedom to focus on their core business or other strategic IT initiatives while MySky Networks takes care or their IT infrastructure, services and daily IT admin tasks. The solution is provided at a set monthly fee, there are no once-off costs, making the solution attractive for budgetary purposes.
MySky Events provides temporary world-class connectivity and WiFi at events with rapid turnaround times. This service provides guests access to free WiFi for social media and promotion of the event while in attendance. All guest data is captured for marketing purposed during and after the event and full reporting is provided to the event organisers.
Our event WiFi solution also caters for Point-of-Sale (POS) connectivity to ensure vendor payment systems have access when the mobile GSM network is over utilised, when solutions are at risk of downtime due to issues such as load-shedding, or to support back of house teams during event set-up and activity.
